Return Policy
1. Scope
Duru Fresh is a B2B supplier providing wholesale fresh fruit and vegetable supply to businesses/merchants. This policy applies to wholesale orders placed through our website or our other order channels.
Because our products are perishable fresh food items, our return and exchange processes differ from those for standard consumer goods and are based on food safety and freshness.
2. Orders and Delivery
Your orders are prepared and dispatched in line with the quantity, quality standard, and delivery date agreed with you. We recommend that products be inspected under the supervision of your receiving representative at the time of delivery.
3. Reporting Quality or Quantity Discrepancies
If a shortage in quantity, damage, or a quality/freshness issue is identified in the delivered products, this must be noted on the delivery document at the time of delivery and reported with photographs to [email protected] or your sales representative within [Reporting Window, e.g. 24 hours]. Reports made after this period may not be considered.
4. Return and Exchange Conditions
For food safety reasons, physical returns are not accepted for products that were accepted as complete/proper at the time of delivery and for which no freshness/quality issue was reported.
For incorrect shipments, quantity shortages, or quality issues caused by us that are identified and duly reported at the time of delivery, either an account credit for the relevant amount or a replacement shipment will be applied by mutual agreement.
5. Exception to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal under Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation does not apply to food products that are perishable or may expire and are, by their nature, unsuitable for return, nor to commercial transactions between merchants (businesses). Accordingly, there is no general "right of withdrawal" for wholesale orders placed through our site; returns/exchanges are limited solely to the circumstances described in Sections 3 and 4 above.
