Crispy Cinnamon Apple Cookies
The natural sweet structure of the Starking apple and its ability to easily turn into a puree consistency with heat make it the most perfect choice for classic apple cookie filling. For the Filling:
3 medium Starking Delicious apples
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Half a cup finely ground walnuts For the Dough:
250 grams room temperature butter or margarine
1 tea glass yogurt
1 tea glass oil
1 packet vanilla and 1 packet baking powder
As much flour as it takes (approximately 3.5 - 4 cups)
Powdered sugar for the top Preparation
To prepare the filling, peel and grate the apples. Put them in a pan and add the sugar on top.
Sauté over medium heat until the apples release their juice and absorb it completely. After turning off the stove, add the cinnamon and walnuts and leave to cool.
In a deep kneading bowl, mix the butter, yogurt, oil, and vanilla.
Gradually add sifted flour and baking powder and knead until you get a soft dough that doesn't stick to the hands.
Break off walnut-sized pieces from the dough and roll them out to the size of a tea saucer. Put the cooled apple filling in the middle and close it in a crescent shape or by rolling it.
Bake the cookies you arranged on a baking tray lined with baking paper in a preheated 175-degree oven until their tops turn slightly pink (approximately 20-25 minutes).
After the cookies have cooled completely, sprinkle plenty of powdered sugar on top and serve.

1. Scope
Duru Fresh is a B2B supplier providing wholesale fresh fruit and vegetable supply to businesses/merchants. This policy applies to wholesale orders placed through our website or our other order channels.
Because our products are perishable fresh food items, our return and exchange processes differ from those for standard consumer goods and are based on food safety and freshness.
2. Orders and Delivery
Your orders are prepared and dispatched in line with the quantity, quality standard, and delivery date agreed with you. We recommend that products be inspected under the supervision of your receiving representative at the time of delivery.
3. Reporting Quality or Quantity Discrepancies
If a shortage in quantity, damage, or a quality/freshness issue is identified in the delivered products, this must be noted on the delivery document at the time of delivery and reported with photographs to [email protected] or your sales representative within [Reporting Window, e.g. 24 hours]. Reports made after this period may not be considered.
4. Return and Exchange Conditions
For food safety reasons, physical returns are not accepted for products that were accepted as complete/proper at the time of delivery and for which no freshness/quality issue was reported.
For incorrect shipments, quantity shortages, or quality issues caused by us that are identified and duly reported at the time of delivery, either an account credit for the relevant amount or a replacement shipment will be applied by mutual agreement.
5. Exception to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal under Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation does not apply to food products that are perishable or may expire and are, by their nature, unsuitable for return, nor to commercial transactions between merchants (businesses). Accordingly, there is no general "right of withdrawal" for wholesale orders placed through our site; returns/exchanges are limited solely to the circumstances described in Sections 3 and 4 above.
